Diwali in India is celebrated with jubilation and enthusiasm. It is one of the biggest festival of Hindus and is celebrated for five continuous days. Third day is the main day of Diwali and is celebrated as the 'Festival of Lights'. To mark this day people light diyas and candles all around their house. During the evening Lakshmi Puja is performed to seek divine blessings of Goddess of Wealth. People also exchange Diwali Gifts with all their dear ones and burst fire crackers in the night to express their happiness.

Yesterday 4th October 2008.My daddy's close fren Dato S.Arumugam's son Vimalan celebrated his 21st birthday.Wow.!!!! rilli superb..i enjoyed to the max....Era dance group did well..Today my day with my family at this birthday party..Tomorrow back to daily chores... :P Night have to go for Navarathiri Pooja..And my sista going back to Melaka..

( Char Siew Pau & Maggi Mee :)
One day, char siew pau and maggi mee had a big fight. Maggi mee beat char siew pau up until it had bruises on its pau body.
Char Siew Pau lost the fight and went back to tell all the pau family;- Kaya pau, tau sa pau, curry pau, and etc.
So together, all the paus went to find maggi mee for revenge.
On the way... they met Spaghetti.. so all of the pau ran to Spaghetti and BEAT the daylights out of Spaghetti till Spaghetti could not say a word,
Spaghetti then screamed ....... 'what did I do? I don't even noe you all'..
Then cha siew pau said ..'HEH! MAGGI MEE! Don't think I can't recognize you after you do REBONDING!!'

Ok take a break. Try to find the man in the coffee beans....

This is bizarre - after you find the guy - it's so obvious. Once you find him - it's embarrassing, and you think, Why didn't I see him immediately?


Doctors have concluded that if you find the man in the coffee beans in 3 seconds, your right half of your brain is better developed than most people. If you find the man between 3 seconds and 1 minute, your right half of the brain is developed normally. If you find the man between 1 minute and 3 minutes, then the right half of your brain is functioning slowly and you need to eat more protein. If you have not found the man after 3 minutes, the advice is to look for more of this type of exercise to make that part of the brain stronger!!! And, yes, the man is really there!!!

Navarathri festivals

1st,2nd,3rd (THURGAI)

Navarathiri Festival in September & October, AKA the Nine Nights Festival.Navarathiri' is an annual festival celebrated by Hindus.This festival lasts for nine nights and is divided into 3 segments of 3 days each, Each segment is devoted to one at a time. These three god's are Sri Durga, Sri Lakshmi & Sri Saraswathy.

We(Atmasiva Aashremem people) also celebrating Navarathiri in our mandram( LAkshmi Pooja Dyna Mandram) for nine days. Prayers are held for first three nights for Goddess ‘Thurgai’ (bravery), second three nights for Goddess ‘Lakshmi’ (wealth) and the final three nights for Goddess ‘Saraswathy’ (education).

The tenth day is very auspicious and it is called Vijayathasami.


In a Puranic story an Asura called Mahisasuran had ill-treated and harnessed devas and to get away from his cruelty they approached Ambigai and narrated the harassments of this Asura and requested her to free them from the Asura.

Ambigai destroyed this Asura on Vijayathasami and relieved the devas.
